Question: Women’s Associations during American Civil War?

I’m doing a little research, and I’d love to know where I could find information on women’s organisations during the American Civil War… Things like fundraising events such as tea parties and balls, groups of women mending and making uniforms for soldiers, giving any gold that could be sold for money to give to the soliders…
