Question: I want to start non profit orgaization?

How do i start? i mean i am thinking abt starting this globally all at once. and i dont have any investment i can make. i dont know much abt fundraising? but i would liek to organize concerts, cultural events, entertaining events, talk shows, seminars and workshops for the youth and children around the globe who are less fortunate, and need a bit of emotional upliftement. I want, Drs . psychologists, teachers. trainers, leaders, amateur talent and enthusiastic young blood to come together and start working for a better cause of spreading kind words, inspiring thoughts, success stories, to encourage enterpreneurship, positive thinking, dreaming big, and acheiving the impossible. To connect hearts worldwide in order to remove the devils of war, discrimination, greed, selfkilling, world destruction and promote love, peace, prosperity, harmony, education, enthhatusiasm and a life thats juts worth living. Can u help me to start? Any small hint will do. thanks

Answer: If you live in USA go to your states website or secretary of your state’s website and search how to start a non profit. You will need to apply for grants for the funding you will need. There should be nonprofits in your area that can help you. Call nonprofits in your area and ask them how to get started and funding.

Question: How to Start a Fundraising Business?

I love doing events and helping others. I recently put together a charity benefit dinner, auction, band, and the whole shabang in two weeks for my friend who has breast cancer.

I got donations from multiple businesses for the auction, got donations for the food, equipment, etc. In the two short weeks and MULTIPLE things going on that day, I still managed to raise over $6000! Which I thought was pretty good seeing that it was an emergency bases that had very little planning time and minimal advertising.

Any idea how I would go about starting a fundrainsing business? Everyone keeps telling me I should but I don’t know how to go about it, what the FL requirements are and how to charge?

Anyone have any suggestions?
