Answer: There is a brand new fundraiser from Epicure Selections. If you have never heard of it check out the web site www.epicureselections.com
You hand out order forms, and get everyone involved! You get three dip mixes, a recipe book and a cute lunch bag for $20.00 You keep $5.00 from every sale for your school, and only send in the $15.00 from each sale. You get the money right away so you can help right away! If you sell 150 (which is pretty easy), you make $750.00.This just got updated in September so it’s pretty new.
I believe this could help in a big way for your fund raising efforts. Please contact me, and we can get this set up right away for you. Also I can give you more information on the products, and the items that come with the package.
If you can get everyone involved, I believe you can make a difference!!
God bless, and good luck with your efforts!

Fundraising Ideas For Kids To Do

Question: Need good fundraiser ideas!?
So I need some good Fundraising Ideas for college kids to do….just to give you a little backround it
this for a IS (Information Systems) Club and these guys are good with computers, I just got elected fundraising advisor and apparently everyone has failed b4 me so there is a low bar but I wanna turn it around and do a great job. We already ask for donations from companies, which we get some but not enough. I thought of a help desk thing and ask for donations for fixing peoples computers but there is already a help desk for free on campus so that wont work. Also fundraising on campus isnt that great anyway because it is mostly poor college kids and little donations.
So anything would be helpful!
Thanks in advance
Answer: Suggestions: (1) In-house/campus yard sale. Ask people to donate items that they do not want and they can write it off on their tax return. Have a printed slip that they can fill out on their own for their taxes. Have the school’s attorney to make certain that it follows all legalities. This is what many of the charities do, such as: Goodwill, Veterans Association, Girls and Boys Club, etc. Make it a bi-annual event (mid-winter and spring (before everyone leaves and are packing and throwing things away) (2) Contact a Mary Kay Cosmetics Representative or Avon and ask them to have a party. There are many young ladies who will attend and purchase items. Each young lady has to pay an entrance fee. (3) Have a fashion show. Contact a boutique or a department store and sell tickets. Have attendees to write down the number of the outfit they like so they can purchase it. Tell the owners to keep the price limited because these are college students. (4) Contact a travel agency and see if they can help you arrange a one-time ticket sell to some place special that will include airfare, hotel and one meal a day. Make it a 3 day weekend. Have the college attorney to check out the legal details. Out of the fund raiser, you pay for the special weekend and keep the remainder. Check with the school attorney for all fund raisers so you and your club will not be liable if anything happens. In some cases, the people might have to sign a waiver, if they are of legal age.
