Question: Hey I need a Red Carpet donated to a non profit organization for an up and coming fundraising gala?

We’re a company based on helping veterans, as well as currently serving soldiers and their families.

Answer: Unless you need the carpet year round, i think you can rent a red carpet just for special events, and then you won’t have to worry about storing and cleaning it. Cheaper than buying one, easier than getting one donated. Call local party stores – it’s a place to start.

Question: Anybody have some fundraising raffle prizes?

My friend and I are going to hold a raffle at my school. All proceeds are going to go to a charity for sick children. We are looking for a prize but can’t exactly find one. We are in high school s owe are looking for something that would appeal both girls and guys, any ideas?

Answer: If I were you I would contact local restaurants (everybody likes free food!), shops, etc… by letter asking for donations for a fund raiser at your high school where all proceeds are going to ‘whatever the specific charity name is.’ Just be sure to set a deadline to reply by and say you would appreciate a reply either way so that you can prepare details and advertising (remind them it’s a free opportunity for advertising for them).
