Question: Fraternity morale?

My fraternity is having a very low point right now. Our morale is low, fundraising sucks, and we’re not having fun anymore. How do you recommend we raise morale and start having fun again?

Answer: I know this might sound corny, but have everyone sit down and write a list of what they would like to see changed. Maybe ask family and friends if they noticed anything that needs to be changed.
For fun and money, next to naked car washes are good. There are girls who would pay extra for that. Babysitting services are good, and yes, kids love being with males. if nothing else, it will give you a new outlook on things and respect for your mother. Someone once told me that they opened a website asking for $1 donations and they made over $500. If one of your frat bros or you are into marketing/advertising, you would raise a bit that way.
I know this is not what you want to hear, but try a non-alcohol party or something totally off the wall. Just brainstorm ideas.
