Question: Where is the best place online to publicize a collectable fundraising cookbook for my organization?
The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Volunteers Groups is selling a 623-recipe cookbook as a fundraiser, and we want to get the word out.
Answer: Send flyers to libraries all over the state of Illinois and put it on your website.

Question: Starting Fundraising Help?
Heres the situation.
I am a post-collegiate athlete training in the sport of track and field. I was a NCAA all-american and am now training for the Olympics. I am going to do sell fundraising books as a way to help pay for my traveling and entry fees to meets. I am not associated with an organization so what do I need to do as far as paying taxes/ reporting what i sell? Thanks
Answer: The Best advice would be to locate a local accountant that specializes in non-profit organization, they will be able to tell you if you can do certain things to avoid taxes legally.
Much better than get advice from a bunch of “Yahoo’s”
