Question: I Need Help So Bad People!! Please!?

ok so for a group project my team has to come up with some kind of giant fundraising event.. the problem is that nothing our team thinks of is being accepted by our professor because it is too “high school”… we have thought of, charity dinner/ dance, food fairs, sports tournaments, nhl old timer games, and many many other things… but nothing seems to be good enough… he says we ned to pretend like we are an actual company doing this…. any ideas or suggestions would be sooo greatly appreciated as i am about to rip my hair out im so frustrated… im completely out of ideas!! help!!

Answer: Tell him you plan to burn American flags for charity and spit on US soldiers, guarantee he will love it.

But seriously, the way a real company raises money is to donate a portion of sales to a cause. Or they raise money from employees/customers and match it. They also put on productions/dinners with, singers, comedians, etc and charge big bucks for a “plate.” That also happens to be how politicians raise money.
