Fundraising Cover Letter

Question: Help me, Write business letter, Help …?
You’re a project officer working for Heli health, a registered charity that provides emergency helicopter transport for the ill and injured in country areas. You have been working on a major fundraising drive and wish to write a letter acknowledging the very generous donation made by health insurance company ANZ Cover Care.
Answer: Dear Sir,
Thanks, mate!
Yours faithfully,

Question: Economical Way to mail cookies to numerous recipients?
As a thank you to people who have very generously donated to a cause I was fundraising for, I thought it would be a nice gesture to mail 2-4 small/medium-sized cookies with my thank you card. The cookies will probably be something simple, like Chocolate Chip. I’m trying to figure out the most economical way to do this, but also something that looks cute and isn’t a simple Ziploc bag. I have about 10-15 that I need to mail.
I was thinking of using bubble wrap envelopes for the packaging. As for the cookies, I was considering first wrapping each in plastic wrap and then putting them in a small, decorative plastic treat bag. For a finishing touch I was thinking of putting a thank you label or a label with the cookie receipe and rafia.
I’ve never done this before, so would welcome any other ideas from the experts!
Thanks!!
Answer: I ship small starter samples VIA USPS all of the time and although I change from time to time, placing the vacuum sealed item into a small rectangular box along with card works well. The total weight is under 8oz so I can send it first class mail for around $1.25.
