Fundraising By Registered Charities

Question: UK: Have you any fundraising tips for a new charity?
Hi. Apart from all the usual lines that a new UK registered charity can go down to raise funds – i.e. applying to Trusts, Lottery, Company givers, rich individuals – what else can a new charity do to raise funds? Bearing in mind that it doesn’t have lots of resources yet or enough volunteers yet to organise things such as collections, fates, or jumble sales, etc.
What’s needed are ideas that can be implemented by just a few people using limited resources. Have also looked at gov & EU finding, but nothing’s applicable. Do you know what we can do next, any further avenues to try, any good Fundraising Ideas at all that will raise decent sums (i.e. not just a few pounds)? Thanks very much.
