Question: fundraising big time!?
My twin daughters need $8000 in the next few months in order to go to a HUGE model convention in LA (yes they’ve done some modeling here in chicago). What is the best fundraiser?
Why is it wrong to try to raise funds through a fundraiser to help my daughters reach their dreams if I cannot provide enough for it right now?

While most people are more willing to participate in fundraisers for charitable causes, you could still be successful if you pitch it the right way. This is a learning experience, an educational opportunity. Don’t lie, just spin it correctly. Never ever raise money by lying about what the funds will be used for. That’s illegal and highly unethical. Simply state the long term goal that could be reached by attending this convention.
