Question: i need a “get rich quick” scheme…minus the scheme?
a group from school is going to el salvador for spring break to help build houses and such, but we’re having a lot of trouble fundraising. we’re pretty desperate (hence the fact that i’m posting on here) and so i just thought i’d see if there were any quick and easy ways to get some cash to fund the trip. i’ve heard about selling pop tabs to recycling companies or plasma… any feedback? any help would be appriciated.

However, since you’re doing charitable and humanitarian work, have you considered asking for handouts or applying for grants? I’m sure there are several foundations, civic groups, and possibly even churches or other organizations who would pitch in to help you out.
Be creative. Look around, and ask anyone who will listen.
