Easy Fund Raising Ideas

Question: What did they used to call the “tailgating” parties after yuppies started enjoying the 49ers?

We are looking for a theme for our fundraising event and it is being held at the Rose Bowl but we are afraid to call it a tailgate party in fear that people will think we are serving hamburgers and hot dogs. There used to be a name for tailgating that consisted of wine, champagne, etc… Does anyone remember what they called it or do you have a good idea for a “theme”/quote that we can put on our invitations? E.g. “Half time at the Bowl” “Tailgate Extravaganza”…….something like that ???
