Question: A movie: A famous media person runs for president (as a joke) of the USA and gets elected

But he only gets elected because the voting system is tampered with by the creator, probably for financial gain. A woman in that company finds out and tells the new president and he resigns.
The idea behind him running for P is to run without fundraising, because he says: That’s all you politicians do: make promises to huge corporations and raise funds.
I can’t remember the name (I think it’s something with Scam, Fraude, Joke, something like that) or the protagonist’s name.
