Question: Would you Join a Golf Fundraising League if it required you to obtain $2,500.00 in sponsors?

The league would include greens fees for a year long once a month tournament at different courses? I am starting a non profit that will run these. Let me know what you think.

Answer: THATS A HARD TASK , IF YOU FEEL YOU CAN THEN GO WITH IT , IVE HAD A GO AT A FEW , AND FOUND IT EXTREMELT DIFFICULT BUT GOOD LUCK.

Question: How can I create a donations link for my charity fundraising?

I’d like to create some kind of link to put on my facebook/myspace and other webpages so that people who want to can donate odd money to my charity. We already have a website but I want to appeal to more people than this reaches and I know on some peoples pages they have a way that people can click and donate small money through sponsoring and sending money via paypal or whatever online. Any ideas how I can do this i already have a Fundraising Web Page?

Answer: Working on just donations to accomplish what you want to do is very hard. Look into Grants set up by the US government, this will be a start in the right direction to achieve your goals. Also check with different churches in your area see if they can assist as well. Or better yet go to their national head quarters tell them what you are trying to do, and see if any money is there to help.

Once you have more funds expand your web sight and advertise, advertise and advertise, for funds for your cause. Weekly keep checking for new US Grants these and be found on line.

Also be advise you must either learn to write for grants yourself or hire someone who does this for a living. This why I would start with churches first, allot of them will be willing to help. It might be a good idea to have a well written business plan before you start looking for money.
