Question: Approx. how much milk, sugar and tea do i need to make 100 cups of bubble tea?
Its for an international food fair next week and we’re fundraising for a charity of our choice. We already know how to make bubble tea, but how much milk, tea and sugar do you think we need approximately? it’s just to give us a general idea.

Answer: That would depend on the size of your cups…4 oz, 6 oz, 12 oz?
BUBBLY ICED TEA
8 sm. tea bags
3 qt. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed & undiluted
1 (33.8 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled
Add tea bags to boiling water; cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently, stir in sugar and lemonade. Set aside to cool; stir in ginger ale just before serving. Serve over ice. Makes 4 1/2 quarts.
