Question: URGENT Fundraising Ideas!!!?

fun stuff i can make at home or with a friend and sell at school. for fundraising for a $2000 trip to washington d.c.???
earrings?? bracelets??? anything??? quick and easy???
i also want to make good profit out of this too. wat supplies should i buy to make this stuff???

and if you think this might not work, would you recommend me something else????

deadline for $2000 is february 2009. thats in like 5 months.

p.s. please make this easy for a 12 year old to do. no difficult stuff. and something people are willing to buy even not at school.
will people buy glow sticks???

Answer: T-shirts. Assorted sizes. Finger paint, nontoxic paint, crayons or magic markers. You may even get a store to donate some for your cause. Then have parents bring their kids so they can do their own art work on the t-shirts or hand prints, etc. Good luck.

Question: For fundraising, how good are smencils for fundraising? Is it worth it to buy an entire case for $265?

I found out about these smencils, and I just wanted to get your opinion on it if you’ve sold them before or have bought them before. Are they good fundraisers?

I’ll be selling them by myself (one person), so I wanted to see if I’d buy an entire case for $265 with 500 pencils, with a $235 profit. Is it worth it?

Each pencil will sell for $1.00 and there are 500 in one case.
$265 = 1 case of 500 pencils
$1 = to sell per pencil
$500 total = 1 case

$500-$265 = $235 profit.

Answer: You are buying the pencils at .52 each and expect to double your money. I think you are being scammed-no one will pay more than a dollar for a single pencil.
