Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said President Barack Obama’s plan to fix the economy through stimulus spending and government intervention to boost companies like General Motors Corp. has “already failed.”

Gingrich was the keynote speaker at a Fundraising Dinner for the Republican House and Senate campaign committees, filling a role President George W. Bush had served for the past eight years.

“Bureaucrats managing companies does not work, politicians dominating the economy does not work,” Gingrich told about 2,000 Republicans who attended the event at the Washington Convention Center last night.

Answer: I don’t agree with anything Newt Gingrich has or will say. I put him in the same category as Rush. The two of them should run on the same ticket so America can show them how they really feel about them. They will get less than 2% of the electorate nationwide.

Question: It gets me frustrated ? Why my christian friends are not giving ?

We do bible study , we go to church , we sing and look clean and sweet.
Yet whenever I asked them to come put of the box to go to a fundraising event for hungrey kids that urgently need the help or do something that has to do with donating or giving , they nag or simply refuse to go . It seems like we play the part , we look the part..but we ain’t living it !
I just dont understand how we as christians sometimes fail to serve God when the needy are clearly in our doorstep.
If we dont do something about it ..who will ?

Am I exagerating ?

I’m passionate about giving so I clash when people are tightfist, I can’t help feeling like im judging them in a way =(

Answer: im not one too call them fakes. Every one has problems even as christians, some dont want to fundraise and help those in need it doesnt mean all christians dont, but try to motivate them to help somehow and maybe they’ll start wanting to help those in need more often
